BICNOC Releases Two Outstanding Singles “Light Under The Sea” and “Goodbye My Hometown”

On July 26th and September 20th, 2024- BICNOC released two singles “Light Under The Sea” and “Goodbye My Hometown“. “Light Under The Sea” caught my attention because I love and hate the sea. This song makes me want to just lay in the ocean and enjoy the gentle waves and at the same time it relaxes my mind which when I go to the ocean; the ocean makes my mind race When 4:57 occurred; the sirens singing was a beautiful touch to this very soft song because sirens are meant to lure you in with their beautiful voices. “Goodbye My Hometown” is a heartfelt indie track that taps into themes of nostalgia, departure, and emotional complexity. The track opens with a soft acoustic guitar foundation that is as compelling as it is intricate, setting an intimate and reflective tone. The acoustic style, while upbeat, complements the songs emotional core, helping to emphasize the contrast between the mood of the lyrics and the lively instrumental backing. The standout piano solo in the second chorus (around 2:11) serves as a key moment where the song’s energy peaks, providing a sense of release amidst the more somber tone.
