Phoenix, Arizona, alternative radio station Alt AZ 93.3 brought back their popular holiday tradition for another year- the Ugly Sweater Holiday Party concert series! This year, night one included a free show at Marquee Theater with rising alt rock bands Weathers, Culture Wars and The Ramona Flowers.

Kicking off the night was Bristol’s alternative band, The Ramona Flowers. Despite the crowd still trickling in, the band wasted no time setting the tone for the evening. With their high-energy performance, they quickly commanded attention, drawing the audience in with fan-favorite hits like “Dangerous” and “Up All Night.” The band made it impossible for anyone in the room to resist getting caught up in the moment.

Next up was Austin, Texas, based indie/alternative band Culture Wars, closing out the final show of their nearly five-month tour. While the band shared their excitement about reaching the tour’s conclusion, their performance was anything but tired. They brought an electrifying energy to the stage, captivating the audience with their dynamic presence and tight, polished sound. From the first chord to the final note, Culture Wars delivered a memorable set, blending raw emotion with flawless execution. By the end of their set, it was clear the band had some new fans in Tempe, Arizona.

Finally, with a room full of fans decked out in festive ugly sweaters and buzzing with anticipation, Weathers took to the stage and ignited the crowd with their signature energy. From the first note, the band exuded charisma, instantly connecting with their audience and transforming the venue into a pulsating celebration of sound. Known for their infectious blend of alternative rock and introspective lyrics, Weathers delivered a setlist packed with fan-favorites like “ALL CAPS” and “I’m Not Okay,” alongside deeper cuts that showcased their musical versatility.

The band’s dynamic stage presence, coupled with frontman Cameron Boyer’s engaging interactions, created an intimate yet electrifying atmosphere. Fans sang along passionately, their voices merging with the band’s in a shared moment of pure joy. As the night progressed, it was clear that Weathers wasn’t just performing; they were creating an unforgettable experience, cementing their place as a standout act in the alternative music scene.
