British metalcore titans While She Sleeps have unveiled plans for an epic North American tour in 2025, bringing their raw energy and cutting-edge sound stateside to support their critically acclaimed album Self Hell. Joining them as direct support are longtime allies Bury Tomorrow, with Vended opening the shows.
The tour will kick off on April 2 in Cleveland, Ohio, at The Roxy and culminate on April 30 in Charlotte, North Carolina, at The Underground. This marks While She Sleeps’ triumphant return to North American stages after their 2020 headline run was cut short due to COVID-19 pandemic. Presales for tickets began this past Thursday, December 12, at 10 a.m. local time, with general sales launching the next day.
Speaking on the tour, the band shared their excitement:
“We’re excited to be coming back to the USA and bringing a bunch of friends with us. We’ve been touring with Bury Tomorrow since 2010, so it’s going to be special being on the other side of the world together. After sadly having our last USA headline run cut short on the West Coast by the dreaded 2020 Covid outbreak, we are picking up where we left off and are back with more energy than ever.”
The band promises to deliver a career-spanning setlist that showcases the best of their 18-year legacy while bringing the power and intensity of Self Hell to life.
Released via Spinefarm Records, Self Hell has been hailed as one of While She Sleeps’ most adventurous and genre-defying albums. Seamlessly blending symphonic elements, hardcore aggression, synth-rock experimentation, and their signature metalcore sound, the album stands as a testament to the band’s evolution. Fans can expect anthem-ready tracks that demonstrate their stadium-sized ambitions, all while staying true to their DIY roots.
The album was primarily recorded at the band’s Sheffield-based Six Audio studio, with additional work at Metropolis Studios in London and Treehouse Studio in Chesterfield. Longtime collaborator Carl Bown joined guitarist Sean Long on production duties, creating a sonically expansive record that has resonated with both fans and critics.
