Las Vegas is about to get a little more country with the premiere of Boots in the Park, a two-day festival set to take over The Event Center at Desert Breeze Park on April 11-12. With a lineup led by The Band Perry, Old Dominion, and Jordan Davis, this off-Strip event promises an unforgettable weekend filled with music, dancing, and Southern hospitality.
Boots in the Park isn’t new to the country festival circuit. Since its launch in 2017, the event has toured across California in San Diego, Bakersfield, Santa Clarita, and Norco, as well as other Western hotspots like Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Gibert, Arizona. Now, Steven Thacher’s Activated Events is bringing the festival to Las Vegas; a city with a growing country scene.
Thacher was inspired to bring the event to the city after attending Bite of Las Vegas at Desert Breeze Park in 2012. Seeing the strong local energy, he knew he wanted to return with a festival of his own. now, over a decade later, that vision is becoming a reality.
Beyond the headlining acts, Boots in the Park will offer a full festival experience: line dancing for country fans ready to show off their two-step skills, food from Las Vegas vendors serving up everything from BBQ to gourmet bites, craft beer and custom cocktails to keep the party going, and art installations adding to the immersive atmosphere.

With two-day GA passes starting at $99 and single-day tickets for $59, the festival provides an affordable option for country lovers looking for a big weekend without the high strip prices. Tickets and event details can be found at Boots in the Park’s official website.
With Las Vegas’ deepening connection to country music—from Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar to the continued success of country residencies and events—Boots in the Park is arriving at just the right time. Whether you’re a Vegas local or a country fan traveling in from nearby states, this festival is set to be one of the biggest country celebrations of the year.
