The Tycoon Music Festival is back for its fifth year, and 2025’s edition is shaping up to be the biggest one yet. Set to take place on February 13 at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena, the all-R&B lineup—announced in honor of Valentine’s Day—promises a night of soulful vocals, timeless hits, and electrifying performances.
Headlined by Chris Brown, the festival has now expanded its already impressive roster with new announced acts:
- Ashanti – The Grammy-winning R&B queen known for hits like Foolish and Rock Wit U
- Fridayy – The rising star behind Don’t Give Up on Me
- Tank – The legendary vocalist and master of slow jams
- Mannie Fresh – The iconic producer and DJ
- Bryson Tiller – The voice behind Exchange and Don’t
- DJ Envy – Power 105’s own bringing high-energy vibes
- 112 – The Atlanta-based R&B group behind Peaches & Cream
- Jermaine Dupri – The legendary producer and So So Def founder
These new additions join a star-studded lineup that already includes Mario, Monica, and Ginuwine, with Atlanta’s own DC Young Fly returning as a host.

The Tycoon Music Festival, produced in partnership with Live Nation, has a legacy of unforgettable performances. Previous years featured hip-hop and R&B greats such as Kendrick Lamar, Young Thug, Fabolous, and 50 Cent, alongside exclusive events like comedy shows and VIP parties.
For 2025, the festival promises to be even bigger, with the possibility of surprise guests making appearances throughout the night.
“We’re excited for Tycoon Music Festival and to present an idyllic lineup of R&B legends who’ve delivered timeless music,” said Anthony “Ant” Wilson. “From Breezy, to Monica, to Mario, to Fridayy and everyone in between, this year’s Tycoon Music Festival is a showcase of the best in R&B.”
