Despite rainy and cold weather on the first day of M3F Fest in Phoenix, Arizona, the spirit of community and music prevailed. The festival grounds were muddy, and some locations were blocked off due to flooding, but that didn’t deter the enthusiastic crowd.
A standout artist of the day was the EDM artist LP Giobbi, who delivered a memorable performance despite the rain. Her seamless transitions and high-energy tracks kept the crowd engaged, even when the weather was at its worst. The vibe was electrified by her dedication, and it was clear that her performance resonated deeply with the audience.
The DJ duo Hippie Sabotage also made an unforgettable impression. The brothers switched off between DJing and playing live instruments, creating a dynamic and engaging experience for the crowd. Their classics, including “For Your Soul” and “Stay High,” had everyone dancing and singing along. Despite the rain, the energy remained high, and the duo’s interaction with the crowd made it feel like a personal, intimate show.
Beyond the music, the festival had a strong sense of community. Local vendors showcased their work, and art installations dotted the grounds, adding color and intrigue to the event. The rain may have tested the crowd’s resolve, but the support for the artists and each other was palpable.
The second day of M3F Fest brought a welcome change in weather—sunshine and a comfortable 70-degree day. This shift in atmosphere brought even more energy to the festival. Artists and crowds alike seemed recharged and ready for another unforgettable day.
California-based band Luna Luna stood out with their unique style and energy, drawing in fans with their smooth melodies and catchy rhythms. ALEXSUCKS’ performance was another highlight, as the crowd vibed with his set’s laid-back yet powerful delivery.
Eggy’s set at sunset created a relaxing atmosphere, with great band chemistry that perfectly matched the mellow vibe of the evening. As the golden hour hit, Leisure surprised the crowd with an unannounced performance, adding a magical touch to the festival’s finale.
The night ended with an unforgettable set by Justice. The duo’s mesmerizing light show and crowd-pleasing hits like “D.A.N.C.E.” and “We Are Your Friends” created an electric atmosphere. They also introduced new tracks from their album Hyperdrama, including “Neverender” and “One Night/All Night,” both featuring Tame Impala, which had the audience going crazy.
M3F Fest finished strong, with the second day fully redeeming the challenging weather of the first day. The combination of perfect weather, incredible performances, and a crowd ready to make the most of the weekend created a spirited atmosphere that left everyone feeling like they’d experienced something special. From the intimate vibes of Luna Luna and Eggy to the explosive energy of Justice, the festival ended on a high note that will surely leave attendees excited for next year.
