In true Trousdale fashion, the accompanying music video leans into humor and fun. Each member takes on the role of a fictionalized, over-the-top ex-boyfriend, complete with wigs and fake beards, turning an otherwise frustrating experience into something delightfully ridiculous. It’s playful and self-aware with a satirical twist that makes it distinctly Trousdale.

An evolution in sound

While Trousdale has always been known for their harmonies, there’s a noticeable evolution in their latest material. Their sophomore album, “Growing Pains,” set to drop on April 11, promises to deliver even more of their genre-blending magic. Recorded largely live in the room with co-producer John Mark Nelson, the album incorporates folk, country, and pop elements into a tighter, more cohesive sound. If “Over and Over” is any indication, we’re in for a treat.

Hitting the road

Trousdale is taking their harmonies on the road, headlining their Growing Pains Tour starting in April, with stops across North America and select dates supporting Lake Street Dive. Fans can expect a live experience that showcases their tight-knit vocals and infectious energy—something that’s earned them a reputation as a must-see act.

Beyond the music, the band is also giving back. In response to the devastating California wildfires, they’ve partnered with The Ally Coalition to donate $1 from each ticket sale to wildfire recovery efforts. It’s another reason to love a band that not only creates phenomenal music but also stands for something bigger.
