I’ve never personally listened to Victor Ray before until this press release and I am honestly blown away with the amount of talent he has. Victor Ray’s vocals are so infectious, entrancing, and absolutely stunning. You can sense authenticity in his voice and that he’s here to create music to show the world that he can make it.
