Listen to the song on all platforms here and preorder the highly anticipated record here.
Previous releases from the upcoming record’s tracklist include “Shut Up and Kiss Me,” (watch / stream) a heartfelt love song addressed to Topf’s wife, and “Abandon,” (watch / stream) a gut-punch of a song that covers complicated topics of childhood trauma and abandonment. The two tracks bookend the breadth of emotion the album will cover – the good, bad, and ugly, presented in an incredibly honest and vulnerable way.
Credits on “These Days” goes to Topf on vocals and guitar, Jerry Borgé on keys, Daniel Rhine on bass, and Dan Bailey on drums; co-production credits go to Topf, Jon Gilbert and Matias Tellez, who have all helped build the entire album.
You may have seen Winder’s name pop up in recent years after a whirlwind start to the decade, including viral singles, national TV, and major festivals. Topf’s co-write and performance on “Maniac” and “Next Year” with Macklemore led to performances on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The Tonight Show, and Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve. His 2023 track “Belong” can be heard as the theme to the podcast Academy, while “Memory” made waves on alternative radio stations such as SiriusXM’s AltNation. Performances at Lollapalooza and BottleRock that same year, putting him on the map as one to watch in the world of new indie voices.
