Austin City Limits 2025: Everything you need to know before the festival begins

As summer rolls in, excitement is already building for one of the country’s biggest music events. The Austin City Limits Music Festival returns this fall to Zilker Park for two weekends of music, culture, and unforgettable live performances — and the 2025 lineup is officially here.

Taking place October 3 to October 5 and October 10 to October 12, ACL 2025 promises to be one of the most eclectic and star-studded editions in the festival’s storied history. Sabrina Carpenter, Hozier, Doja Cat, and Luke Combs top the bill as major headliners, joined by alt-rock staples The Strokes, boundary-pushing rapper Doechii, EDM heavyweight John Summit, and viral indie favorite Djo (Joe Keery of “Stranger Things” fame).

But the headliners are only the beginning. This year’s sprawling roster includes something for every taste: Latin pop sensation Feid, genre-bending rockers Cage The Elephant, throwback hitmaker T-Pain, electric visionaries Empire of the Sun, and post-hardcore favorites Pierce The Veil. Longtime fans will also be thrilled by the return of Rilo Kiley for a rare reunion set.

Rounding out the bill are indie darlings Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Wet Leg, King Princess, Japanese Breakfast, and Modest Mouse, along with dozens more like Zeds Dead, Mk.gee, Magdalena Bay, Role Model, Marina, MJ Lenderman, Lucius, and Passion Pit. In total, acts will perform across nine stages, ensuring the park pulses with sound from opening to close.

Three-day GA and GA+ passes for Weekend One sold out just hours after release, and remaining passes for Weekend Two are already moving fast. General admission tickets start at $360, with VIP and Platinum options also available. One-day tickets have yet to be announced, but organizers encourage fans to sign up for alerts to catch them when they drop.

If you can’t make it to Austin, Hulu is once again the exclusive streaming partner for Weekend One, offering select live performances, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content. A detailed streaming schedule will be announced later this summer.

ACL isn’t just about the music — the Bonus Track Stage returns as a cultural centerpiece, offering artist interviews, podcast recordings, cooking demos, drag performances, and wellness activities. Past guests have included Dave Grohl, Brené Brown, Billie Eilish, and Brett Goldstein — expect a similarly packed slate in 2025.

With a lineup this bold and varied, ACL 2025 is shaping up to be more than just a festival — it’s a celebration of the now, the next, and the unforgettable.
