One of North America’s most beloved and immersive music experiences, the Festival d’ete de Québec (FEQ), has officially unveiled its spectacular 2025 lineup – and it’s nothing short of iconic. Running from July 3 to July 13, the 57th edition of FEQ brings an electrifying roster of over 200 artists across all genres to the stunning historic streets and parks of Québec City.

From Shania Twain and Rod Stewart to Hozier, Avril Lavigne, Ice Spice, and Thundercat, this year’s headliners highlight the festival’s unmatched variety. Set on the picturesque Plains of Abraham and five other vibrant stages throughout the city, FEQ 2025 offers music lovers a truly unforgettable urban-meets-natural experience – one that critics constantly rank among the best festivals in North America.

2025 lineup highlights showcase icons, breakouts, and genre-benders, featuring exclusive performances from:

Pop royalty meets country legends: Canadian queen Shania Twain returns to FEQ for the first time in a decade, co-headlining with Maren Morris on July 12. Pop fans will also catch a wave of hitmakers like Benson Boone, Remi Wolf, Alessia Cara, and Suki Waterhouse.

Rock ‘n’ roll through the decades: Expect guitar gods and crowd-pleasers like Rod Stewart, Def Leppard, Pixies, Simple Plan, and Kurt Vile. Canadian punk-pop is well represented by Avril Lavigne, while metalheads will rage to Slayer and Mastodon.

Global sounds and dancefloor beats: Latin and Caribbean rhythms arrive courtesy of Farruko and Sean Paul, while the electronic realm lights up with sets from Kygo, Don Diablo, and Cheat Codes.

Boundary-pushing artists: FEQ continues its tradition of spotlighting artists redefining genres, including jazz-funk wizard Thundercat, viral rap phenom Ice Spice, and Quebec favorites like Men I Trust.

And that’s just scratching the surface – FEQ is known for its genre-bending curation and deep bench of performers across six unique stages, including two free-to-access sites.

FEQ isn’t just a music event – it’s a community celebration. With over 11 days of nonstop performances, afterparties, and cultural experiences, festivalgoers can enjoy the best of music, food, and scenery all in one place. One-of-a-kind perks include:

Affordable Passes: At just $165 CAD (approx. $115 USD), passes grant access to over 200 shows. That’s less than $15 CAD per day, making FEQ one of the most accessible major music festivals on the continent.

Flexible & Shareable: FEQ passes are fully transferable—so if you want to take a break or share with a friend, you can.

Urban paradise: From the historic Plains of Abraham to lush downtown parks, the entire city transforms into a festive, walkable stage.

Often describes as North America’s answer to Europe’s city-based music festivals like Primavera Souind and Rosklide, FEQ leverages Québec City’s old-world charm and modern energy. Situated on the banks of the St. Lawrence River, it’s just a short flight or scenic drive from major U.S. cities, with 21 direct flights into YQB airport.

Whether you’re a returning fan or first-time visitor, FEQ 2025 invites you to immerse yourself in 11 unforgettable days of music, culture, and celebration.
