“Waves” is a haunting yet reflective single that expresses that we all have internal conflict and sometimes we have to become friends with our own demons to be able to move on day to day. This single is metaphoric in my opinion because we struggle with those dark thoughts that haunt us or almost like follows us like a shadow that we can never truly get away from and this single is the fight against those demons, but also trying to the find the light.
