GRAMMY-nominated singer-songwriter and producer Jon Bellion announced his second date at Forest Hills Stadium in New York due to popular demand. The new show will be on Friday, August 22, a day before the original show on Saturday, August 23. Tickets are on sale as of June 13 at 10 a.m.

Having first cemented its place in the canon of iconic American venues in the second half of the 20th century as the home of the U.S. Open, Forest Hills Stadium has also hosted many events beyond sports. The stadium has been known as a must-play for musicians such as ’60s and ’70’s iconic musicians The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, and Bob Dylan. However, when the Open moved to a larger space in 1977, the horseshoe shaped stadium fell into disrepair and it’s venue days faded – until 2013, when Madison House Presents partnered with the West Side Tennis Club to bring events and the stadium back as it is today.

This historic venue is excited to host Jon Bellion in August, the same man known for his release of 2018’s Glory Sound Prep. Following the 2018 album, he decided to step away from his solo music due to being frustrated by inequitable recording and performance contracts. He was instead eager to focus on building a family, so he shifted his creative energies behind the scenes, crafting chart-topping hits for Eminem, Rihanna, and many others.

Stepping into a fresh chapter of life and creativity as a new father, one thing is certain…
