Ocean City, Maryland, is gearing up for the return of one of the East Coast’s most beloved music experiences, Oceans Calling Festival 2025 – set to take over the scenic Ocean City Inlet Beach from September 26 to 28. Now in its next chapter, the festival has unveiled a lineup that meshes nostalgia, modern artistry, and coastal cool with headliners Green Day, Noah Kahan, and Fall Out Boy anchoring the weekend.
This year’s roster continues the tradition of multi-genre celebration. Friday’s lineup kicks off with Lenny Kravitz, The Black Crowes, and Nelly, supported by a wave of familiar names like O.A.R., CAKE, Live, The Fray, Fountains of Wayne, B-52s, and Spin Doctors – making for a day rooted in genre-bending rock and pop that spans decades. Friday also includes standout acts like Letters to Cleo, Ballyhoo!, Bel, and Izzy Escobar, ensuring vitality from the beach stage to the back row.
Saturday rides a wave of indie and alt-rock with the distinct sounds of Vampire Weekend, Modest Mouse, and Good Charlotte, alongside the long-awaited return of Jack’s Mannequin. Expect memorable moments from Franz Ferdinand, Collective Soul, Natasha Bedingfield, En Vogue, DJ Jazzy Jeff, and more. The eclectic vibe of day two showcases everything from early-2000s anthems to sun-drenched grooves from acts like Mat Kearney, Wheatus, Bumpin’ Uglies, and Rachel Ana Dobkin.
Sunday closes out the weekend with a punch, bringing Weezer, Train, Devo, Vance Joy, Ziggy Marley, and the legendary 4 Non Blondes to the beach. Rounding out the day are 2000s staples like Michelle Branch, Blind Melon, Burning Spear, Marcy Playground, and a special set from O.A.R and Friends that promises collaborative magic to cap off the weekend.
Beyond music, Oceans Calling 2025 continues its tradition of culinary excellence. Celebrity chef Robert Irvine will return with his live cooking demos, joined by Michael and Bryan Voltaggio, turning the festival into a feast for the senses. Emcee duties will once again be handled by actor and comedian Jason Biggs, whose light-hearted charm adds flavor to the food palette.
With its picturesque seaside setting, stacked lineup, and signature blend of food, music, and community, Oceans Calling 205 is shaping up to be the perfect end-of-summer celebration.
