When most hear the name Big Time Rush, they are hit with a trip down memory lane. Nostalgia is the proper term. “Big Time Rush” was a TV show on Nickelodeon in 2012, a favorite for most who grew up watching the channel! For those who aren’t familiar with “Big Time Rush” the TV show, it tells a story of four boys – James, Logan, Carlos, and Kendall – who move to Palm Springs to start their career as a boy band. Not only was this plot for a TV series, but Big Time Rush formed a live band touring in real life for their fans.
On August 10, 2025, Big Time Rush presented to Tinley Park, Illinois, to perform for their fans on a night that they will not forget! “The Worldwide” tour was unlike any other Big Time Rush concert, incorporating two stages and every song from each episode that ever played on Nickelodeon. Logan, James, Carlos, and Kendall integrated mashups, humor, and special guests such as Stephen Kramer, who played Gustavo Rock in their TV series! A second stage was placed on the Lawn of Tinley Park, where the four guys ran to perform some of their slower songs alongside Katelyn Tarver.
Upon exiting the second stage, the guys began picking fans from the audience to bring to stage for their “Worldwide” girl. Four lucky girls were chosen, and the boys gave a fun fact about each girl. As the show continued, Big Time Rush relived a high-energy performance incorporating flashbacks from their TV series, taking fans on a trip down memory lane even further! Confetti canons were even an essential part of their set. Overall, Big Time Rush rocked the night away!
