Giants and Monsters is an album you do not want to miss out listening to. The album has 10 songs that are powerful with riffs and fiery with the vocals. So far, my favorite songs on the album are “Into the Sun,” “Hand of God,” and “Majestic.” A fun fact about this album is that Dani Löble recorded this whole album on three different drum sets to make it incredibly unique. The album was recorded at the Wissloord Studio, where some other amazing acts have recorded, from Iron Maiden to Rammstein and many more.  With that being said, it’s almost like when the other acts came to record theirs, they left creativity behind and it stuck to the walls to spark inspiration and influence for who’s to come next—and I think that’s what happened to Helloween.

Since entering the scene back in 1984, Helloween has stood tall as being one of the most influential heavy metal European bands of the 1980’s. In 1985 they released their debut album, Walls of Jericho, igniting a legacy that would inspire other bands and metal bands all around the world that look up to Helloween. Now, fast forwarding through decades of albums, singles, and unforgettable EPs, these legends will not let anyone get in their way to destroy them! Helloween is back and better than ever.

What truly keeps this band alive is the creative differences between all of them. For most groups, the difference could cause big arguments and lead to splitting up. But for Helloween, it is the fuel that keeps them going! It’s the push for passion to take them higher. Instead of clashing, they use that powerful energy to challenge one another. This gives them fresh ideas and a unique sound that makes the band who they are.

Now, if you’re a HUGE fan or new listener, and really want to see Helloween in concert – don’t you worry! They will be going on tour for the 40th Anniversary of being Helloween! I wouldn’t miss out on this opportunity.

Follow and listen to Helloween! Giants and Monsters out now!!!
