On September 15, 2025, Demi Lovato announced that her ninth studio album, It’s Not That Deep, will be released on October 24 via DLG Recordings/Island Records. The album was produced by Zhone, who has also produced for Kesha, Kylie Minogue, and more. With the huge success of her newest single, “Here All Night,” Demi Lovato shows us that she is back to her true expressive self, and she’s ready to lure her listeners into a seductive electro-pop soundscape that lets everyone know they can be who they want to be.

With my past eras, I often wrote cathartic music about heavy topics that I needed to process. When I got back in the studio this time around, those songs just weren’t resonating anymore because I’m not in that place in life. I’m happy, I’m in love, and I just want to enjoy life and have fun.
