On October 17, 2025, Blake Saul released his debut single “HATE ME” for the solo project that he’s been working on for the past few years, but hadn’t had the chance to release his personal endeavors due to being in a touring band. Due to his recent split from the band, Blake finally decided that it was time to follow his dreams on releasing the music that he has written and produced. The first single to be released is “HATE ME,” a song that expresses that no matter what you do, someone will hate you for reasons that you may never know, but it’s easier to just blame another person, even if it means you truly are the problem. “HATE ME’s” lyricism is emotional yet filled with high-energy that is soul-stirring, capturing the intensity of feeling like everyone hates you, but it also captivates the listener with the message that it’s okay to let go and embrace a new journey with determination and self-assurance. Blake created “HATE ME” to execute his musical ability to express his personal struggles, letting his listeners resonate with him and understand that someone might be experiencing the same emotions as they are – and to not allow those around you to suffocate you with negativity.

“Coming fresh off the split from a professional touring and charting metalcore band for the past 12 years, it’s time I, Blake Saul, find my own voice. I’ve been writing and producing music for a while now and love to sing/write melodies. For years I thought about doing something on my own outside of the band, but never really put one foot in front of the other considering the band was my dream and it was such a great experience. Well my dream transformed and evolved overnight. No longer a side project, I now have my eyes set on the target of releasing my own music and building my own brand. I’m so excited for the release of my first single “HATE ME” coming out on 10/17. This song is so on the nose because I wrote this back in February of 2023. It was written at a time where I had just fallen in love with my now wife, but at that time I released that a previous relationship no matter what I did or how hard I tried to be there for that person, they were always going to hate me. I’ve realize that so many people that judge or dislike anyone on their own path seem to have something going on behind the scenes and of course I’ve been guilty in the past of doing this, but its way easier to look at someone else and tell yourself its their fault. At the end of the day, everyone is on their own path and energy is so precious. Don’t give your energy to people that don’t deserve it. “HATE ME” is a transitional piece of art for me and I’m so excited to see what doors open up next!“
