The iconic kids and family favorite has shared a newly released video for their holiday classic “Christmas Is Upon Us,” featuring the always joyful DJ Lance Rock. Bright, playful, and effortlessly upbeat, the video captures everything Yo Gabba Gabba! does best, simple fun, positive energy, and music that works just as well for parents as it does for kids.

The song appears on A Very Awesome Yo Gabba Gabba! Christmas, out now on all streaming platforms via BMG. The release marks the first time the full collection of Yo Gabba Gabba!’s holiday music has been gathered in one place, featuring 20 tracks pulled from classic episodes and the fan favorite Christmas special, newly remastered and curated into a single festive album.

The album includes a wide-ranging lineup of guest appearances, with contributions from My Chemical Romance, Mark Mothersbaugh of Devo, Jason Lytle of Grandaddy, Cults, Leslie Hall, James Huggins of of Montreal, Ricky Fitness of The Aquabats, and more, bringing a surprising amount of musical variety while staying firmly rooted in the Gabba world.

The holiday release caps off a standout year for Yo Gabba Gabba!, following a Coachella appearance, an NPR Tiny Desk performance, and a successful nationwide tour, along with multiple deluxe music releases throughout 2025. With A Very Awesome Yo Gabba Gabba! Christmas, the brand closes out the year on a warm, familiar note, one built for dancing, singing, and celebrating together.

The album is out now, with Yo Gabba Gabba Land! currently streaming on Apple TV and Season 2 set to premiere January 30, 2026.
