ILLENIUM has released a new single, “Feel Alive”, featuring Bastille and Dabin. It is the final track to arrive ahead of his upcoming album ODYSSEY, out February 6 via Republic Records.

“Feel Alive” does not rush itself. It opens quietly, built on guitar lines that feel more reflective than dramatic, and slowly grows into something heavier without tipping into excess. Dan Smith’s vocal sits front and center, calm but urgent, carrying the weight of the track without overselling it. ILLENIUM and Dabin leave plenty of space in the mix, letting the song unfold instead of forcing the payoff.

This is not a song chasing the biggest moment of the night. It feels closer to the late stretch of a set, when the lights are lower, and the crowd has settled into the music rather than reacting to it. The emotion lands because it’s controlled, not just because it’s loud.

The single closes out the rollout for ODYSSEY, an album that pulls together a wide range of collaborators, including Ellie Goulding, Kid Cudi, Ryan Tedder, Zeds Dead, and others. The full project leans into scale and storytelling, but “Feel Alive” stands out for its restraint.

ILLENIUM will bring ODYSSEY to the Sphere in Las Vegas for a nine-night run in 2026, marking the only announced live performances of the album in this format. Full details and tickets are available at illenium.com.

There is also an album release show scheduled for February 5, 2026, at Pier 80 Warehouse in San Francisco, one night ahead of the album’s release.

“Feel Alive” feels like a deliberate choice to slow down at the end of the rollout. It does not need to redefine his sound, but it does add depth and feeling. The emotion is absolutely there, but with that, it is more focused, more patient, and more confident in its own weight.
