Corrosion of Conformity announces their 2026 headliner tour, hitting 32 cities across North America. The tour is preparing fans for the release of their double album later this year via Nuclear Blast Records. Whores, Clutch, JD Pinkus, and Crobot will be touring with the band, with the lineup changing in different cities.
After touring with Alice Cooper and Judas Priest, the band’s interest was sparked, finally leading to the announcement of their next album. Fans will be teased with the first single from the new album very soon. Last fall, Corrosion of Conformity released a special rendition of “Fire and Water” by English rock band Free. The classic track was originally released in 1970 on the album of the same name. Corrosion of Conformity‘s version came spontaneously in the studio during some downtime while recording the upcoming full-length and serves as the first of the Riffissippi Studio Jam Sessions, a special collection of jammed-out interpretations of songs by some of the band’s favorite artists.
Since 1982, Corrosion of Conformity has woven its distinct riffs deep into the fabric of heavy metal for over four decades. Across 10 landmark, critically acclaimed albums, the band has continued evolving. From the early days of thrash to their more recent blues-infused metal, Corrosion of Conformity has managed to progress with each release, keeping fans and critics alike guessing and on the edge of their seats. I captured their performance twice last year — once at a bar and once in an amphitheater. The quality and performance were just as riveting in both settings.
Check out the latest information on the tour and ticket sales, which went on sale on January 23, 2026.
