Riding the wave of early 2000s nostalgia obsession, alt-pop duo Daisy Grenade released their fierce, heavy take on No Doubt’s iconic hit “Hella Good.” It’s the latest in a whole range of covers the group has done, from Pierce the Veil’s “King For a Day” to “For Good” from “Wicked,” proving that the girls have impressive musical range. Additionally, a portion of all proceeds from the song will go to the Center for Reproductive Rights, an advocacy organization that aims to protect bodily autonomy and reproductive freedom.
This isn’t Daisy Grenade’s first act of philanthropy: last summer, they drew unprecedented crowds to King’s Dumplings in Chinatown for a pop-up show in support of the New York Immigration Coalition. This year, $1 from each ticket sold on their headlining tour will go to the Let’s Give a Damn Foundation, a non-profit that empowers young artists. Only a few years into their career, the duo have quickly established themselves as a band with conviction and a message to stand for.
Daisy Grenade had a huge 2025 — releasing a series of singles and touring with Pierce the Veil, Honey Revenge and Stand Atlantic — and they’re about to have an even bigger 2026. They’re embarking on their first ever headlining tour, “Daisy Grenade Has So Much To Say (The Tour),” across the U.S., beginning in Pittsburgh on May 19 and making a stop at Vans Warped Tour in Washington DC along the way.
