Feburary 1, 2026, at the 68th annual GRAMMY® Awards, Lola Young won her first GRAMMY, taking home “Best Pop Solo Performance” for her song “Messy.” Also nominated for “Best New Artist,” she performed an incredible, stripped-back, and intimate performance of her hit song during the globally broadcast ceremony.

Lola Young is a South London-born artist whose raw, unfiltered songwriting has made her one of the most compelling new voices in modern music. In 2025, her breakout single “Messy”, a two-time Platinum, reached No. 14 on the Billboard US Hot 100 and No. 1 on Billboard’s U.S. Pop Airplay chart, in addition to spending four weeks at No. 1 on the U.K. Official Singles Chart. “Messy” has also surpassed 1 billion streams on Spotify, where she has tens of millions of listeners.
Lola Young’s latest studio album, I’m Only F**king Myself, further shows her talent as a fearless storyteller. The album is loaded with anthems about self-sabotage, empowerment, and resilience. Lola continues to redefine what pop can sound and feel like.
