With this being Temple of Void’s fifth full-length album, they aren’t messing around. With vocalist/guitarist Mike Erdody, guitarist Alex Awn, bassist Justin Malek, and Jason Pearce on drums, these four have put their blood, sweat, and tears into this album. The band is not afraid to show what they’re about in the death metal community. The Crawl is an album about life, choices that you could possibly make, and the consequences of actions, described by Mike Erdody. For example, “The Crawl” evokes a psychological horror atmosphere that can be felt through the song.
