Maryland’s own Bri3 is back with a new single, “Hard Es,” and it sounds like momentum.
The 18-year-old rapper, now releasing via Atlantic Records, continues building on the breakout energy she generated last year with her debut project 18. “Hard Es” wastes no time. A bold horn loop cuts through the production, finger snaps lock in the rhythm, and Bri3 rides the beat with the kind of confidence that feels natural rather than forced. The hook hits immediately, while the verses flex sharp timing and clean punchlines.

In less than a year, she has gone from high school student to one of the more closely watched young voices in DMV hip hop.
“Hard Es” feels like the start of a bigger run. More music is on the way, along with a cinematic video set to accompany the single. If this track is any indication, Bri3 is not easing into 2026 quietly.
