After nearly 30 years, New Found Glory find clarity on listen up!

After nearly three decades of shaping pop punk’s emotional core, New Found Glory return with Listen Up!, their first full-length album in almost six years. Released today via Pure Noise Records, the record finds the Florida quartet reflecting on resilience, gratitude, and the kind of hard-earned optimism only time can carve out.

Across ten tracks, the band leans into the sharp, riff-driven songwriting that first brought them national attention in the early 2000s, while allowing their perspective to mature. Songs like “Boom Roasted” and “100%” hit with urgency, while “Laugh It Off” and “Treat Yourself” balance energy with emotional clarity. The latest single, “A Love Song,” arrives alongside a new music video and captures the record’s grounded sincerity without sacrificing momentum.

Beer and Blood Stains” stands out as a nod to the band’s South Florida beginnings, revisiting cramped clubs, circle pits, and the early chaos that helped define their identity. Rather than romanticizing the past, the song reframes it with perspective, acknowledging growth while honoring where it all started.

Much of the album was written collaboratively, with guitarist Chad Gilbert, vocalist Jordan Pundik, bassist Ian Grushka, and drummer Cyrus Bolooki reconnecting in person to shape the material. The result feels intentional and focused. There’s no attempt to chase trends. Instead, Listen Up! centers on melody, connection, and the simple truth that being present matters.

This spring, New Found Glory will join Yellowcard on “The Up Up Down Down Tour” with support from Plain White T’s. The 27-date run kicks off May 6 in Atlanta and wraps June 20 in Springfield, Massachusetts, with stops in Chicago, Denver, Nashville, New York, and more.

Fans can also catch the band at Hammersonic 2026 in Indonesia, Sonic Temple Art & Music Festival in Columbus, and select dates of the returning Vans Warped Tour in Washington, D.C., Mexico City, and Orlando.
