Louisiana thrash metal band VOID has signed with Metal Blade Records and announced a new line of merchandise to commemorate the milestone. The limited-edition collection, titled “Signed in Blood,” comes with a special bonus: anyone who purchases from the line receives a free 8 x 70 of the band.

VOID shared, “Metal Blade has been a cornerstone for heavy metal for decades,” and “so joining the roster is an absolute honor, and we feel right at home. We are sharpening the fangs for our most vicious material yet. It’s about to get bloody.” 

VOID was formed in 2019, quickly taking the thrash metal community by storm. Their old-school look combined with a modern style of music has made a significant impact on the metal scene. I caught them last year while they were touring with Dark Angel — the crowd was on their feet, and the mosh pit was nonstop. VOID has also had the honor of touring with bands like Forbidden, Sacred Reich, and Exhorder, as well as appearing at festivals such as Hell’s Heroes, Blades of Steel, and the Keep It True Festival.
