Willow Avalon’s new single “Easy On The Eyes”

Rising country star Willow Avalon released her new single “Easy On The Eyes” this past Friday. As someone who has followed Willow’s music closely for the last couple of years, I was especially excited for this release. “Easy On The Eyes” is her first solo project since her debut album Southern Bell Raisin’ Hell. With a catchy rhythm and swooning vocals, her music has a sound that feels both neo and deeply nostalgic. A fresh face for a timeless classic country sound.

Willow has spent the past couple of years staying busy on the road, opening shows around the world for artists like Cage The Elephant and Charlie Wesley Godwin. She’s currently touring the U.K. and Europe on her very own headlining tour, and following that, she will have her debut performance at Stagecoach. Willow shows no signs of slowing down, as she has many more festival sets scheduled this summer, such as Railbird Festival in Lexington, Kentucky, and Party on the Mountain in Beech Mountain, North Carolina. I was lucky enough to catch Willow Avalon opening for Cage The Elephant at the historic Red Rocks Amphitheater. She’s the type of singer made for stages like that; her vocals could be heard from the tip top of the rocks. I look forward to hearing what more Miss Willow Avalon has up her sleeve this year.
