Extreme metal juggernaut Dethklok has announced a new run of Spring 2026 headline dates celebrating the 20-year legacy of Metalocalypse. The shows will bring the band’s full multimedia live experience to select cities across North America.
The newly announced performances arrive alongside the band’s upcoming co-headline run with Amon Amarth on the “Amonklok Conquest Tour.” These additional headline shows will give fans a chance to experience Dethklok in a dedicated concert setting. Special guests for the dates will be announced soon.
Promoted by Live Nation, the headline run begins April 26 at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago before heading to Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland, and San Diego.
Originally created for Adult Swim’s animated series Metalocalypse, Dethklok has grown far beyond its fictional origins. Within the world of the show, the band is described as the most successful entertainment act on the planet and the seventh-largest economy in the world.
In reality, the project has become a powerful live experience blending extreme metal performance with the animated visuals and dark humor that made the series a cult phenomenon. The band is led by musician and show co-creator Brendon Small alongside legendary drummer Gene Hoglan.
