Two Door Cinema Club recently announced big plans for an epic return to New York City for a beyond-exciting headlining performance at the World’s Most Renowned Arena: Madison Square Garden on Sunday, September 27, 2026.
Brought to NYC by The Bowery Presents, this event brings the explosive debut album Tourist History to life in full effect, as the masterpiece will be performed in its entirety, alongside Two Door Cinema Club’s greatest hits.
This legendary night will be supplemented with very special guest performances from Phantogram, STRFKR, and Friendly Fires.
Brought to listeners in 2010 through Glassnote Records, Tourist History quickly became one of the defining indie records of its era, delivering standout tracks like “What You Know,” “Something Good Can Work,” and “Undercover Martyn.” 15 years surpassed, the album still resonates with fans around the world and marks the moment the band began their rise from small club stages to headlining major festivals.
The September 27 show will be Two Door Cinema Club’s historical flag-staking at Madison Square Garden — a major milestone in the band’s long-running connection with New York City. That relationship goes all the way back to their early headline runs, including packed nights at Webster Hall in 2010 and, more recently, sold-out shows at The Rooftop at Pier 17.
