Silverstein has released a new music video for “Stress,” the latest visual pulled from their recent double LP Antibloom / Pink Moon, out now via UNFD.

The video captures footage from the band’s global “25 Years of Noise” tour, turning one of the record’s most immediate tracks into a fast-moving snapshot of the energy that has defined Silverstein’s anniversary era. Built from live moments onstage and in the pit, the clip leans into the song’s sense of release while showing exactly how it has translated in a live setting.

Guitarist Paul Marc Rousseau described “Stress” as an antidote to taking life too seriously, calling it something simple, heavy, fun, and a little ridiculous. That spirit comes through in the song itself, which moves with a bounce that feels intentionally loose without losing the weight Silverstein has spent years refining.

Vocalist Shane Told said using footage from the “25 Years of Noise” tour made the video feel especially meaningful, capturing the chaos, connection, and adrenaline the song brings to the stage. He also noted that “Stress” feels like both a throwback and a push into new territory, especially after performing it on what the band has described as the biggest tour of their career.

“Stress” appears on Antibloom, the first half of Silverstein’s ambitious 16-song double LP, with Pink Moon completing the larger project. The records were written and recorded during a stretch in Joshua Tree, and the band has framed both releases as individual listening experiences that also connect as part of a larger story. The result is a body of work that expands Silverstein’s range without abandoning the emotional urgency that made them one of post-hardcore’s most enduring names.

Antibloom has also been nominated for Metal/Hard Album of the Year at the 2026 JUNO Awards, another milestone in a year that has already doubled as both a retrospective and a reset for the Ontario band.

Beyond the albums themselves, Silverstein spent the last year celebrating their 25th anniversary with a discography spanning a world tour that gave fans a direct hand in shaping the setlist. The 25 Years of Noise run included stops across North America, the U.K., Europe, and Australia, alongside artists including Thursday, The Callous Daoboys, Arm’s Length, Split Chain, Real Friends, Broadside, Greyhaven, and Wayside. The band also appeared at the 2025 Vans Warped Tour and recently performed on E.N.D. Cruise 2026.

Silverstein’s next scheduled appearance is March 27 at JUNOfest 2026 in Hamilton, Ontario.
