2000trees Festival has officially locked in its 2026 lineup, with Neck Deep set to headline Saturday night in what marks the band’s first main stage festival headline slot. For a group that has spent years cementing itself as one of modern pop punk’s defining names, it feels like a fitting step up.

The festival returns to Upcote Farm near Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, from July 8 through July 11, 2026, bringing another stacked year of punk, emo, hardcore, and alternative rock to one of the U.K.’s most beloved independent festivals. Organizers have also confirmed a final wave of additions, including Sunny Day Real Estate, Higher Power, ALT BLK ERA, Mouth Culture, Mallory Knox, Cosmic Psychos, Beauty School, The Xcerts, Delilah Bon, Saint Agnes, and more.

Neck Deep closing out Saturday feels especially full circle. The Welsh band first played 2000trees a decade ago and now returns in a very different position, carrying the weight of a generation of pop-punk fans with them. Their headline slot lands alongside a broader lineup that already includes Funeral For A Friend, Alkaline Trio, Glassjaw, Superheaven, High Vis, Lambrini Girls, House of Protection, Ho99o9, Dinosaur Pile-Up, Pinkshift, Cancer Bats, and plenty more across the weekend.

One of the more exciting additions in the final announcement is Sunny Day Real Estate, whose appearance adds real depth to an already strong bill. Their inclusion gives the festival another link back to emo’s foundation, while newer and rising names like ALT BLK ERA, Higher Power, and Mouth Culture help keep the lineup feeling current instead of purely nostalgic.

Festival organizer James Scarlett said the 2026 edition is shaping up to be the biggest-selling 2000trees yet, and looking at the lineup, it is not hard to see why. Between legacy acts, cult favorites, and newer bands cutting their teeth in punk and alternative spaces, the festival continues to balance credibility with discovery better than most.

Each day has its own identity. PUP headlines Wednesday, Alkaline Trio leads Thursday, Funeral For A Friend tops Friday, and Neck Deep closes out Saturday. Around those headliners sits an impressively deep undercard that includes names like The Dirty Nil, Mariachi El Bronx, Pool Kids, Militarie Gun, The Scratch, Free Throw, House of Protection, Heart Attack Man, Pinkshift, Have Mercy, and many more.

2000trees has built its reputation on more than just booking big names. Its five-stage setup, including the Forest stage, has helped make it one of the most distinctive festival environments in the U.K. That atmosphere, paired with strong curation year after year, is a big reason the event has earned Best Medium Festival at the U.K. Festival Awards multiple times.
