The largest rock and metal festival in North America will be returning from September 17-20. Louder Than Life music festival will return to the Kentucky Exposition Center, taking place across four days, featuring nearly 200 bands across seven stages. 

In recent years, they have had a record-breaking attendance of around 240,000 fans. The festival features more than just legendary artists; it includes amusement park rides, bourbon bars, food vendors, artist meet-and-greets, exclusive VIP viewing areas, and an overall community built for rock fans. 

2026’s headliners for each day include Iron Maiden, My Chemical Romance, Limp Bizkit, and Tool. Iron Maiden’s appearance is monumental due to their 50th anniversary “Run For Your Lives” tour, highlighting the band’s early music. 

Other notable acts on the lineup include Megadeth, Pierce The Veil, Papa Roach, Rise Against, and Black Veil Brides. Fans are guaranteed to find a band that they love!
