The Pretty Reckless, a rule-breaking rock band fronted by Taylor Momsen, is known for gritty vocals, electric performances, and touring with legendary acts such as AC/DC, The Rolling Stones, and Soundgarden. The band made history by being the first female-fronted band to score eight No. 1 singles on Billboard’s mainstream rock charts. Now the band is preparing for the release of their fifth studio album, Dear God, and the accompanying headlining world tour.
Dear God will bring vulnerability and serve as the most raw and personal record to date, while still delivering fans’ beloved punchy guitars and powerhouse vocals. When describing one of the new songs, Taylor said: “‘When I Wake Up’ is the story of a dream becoming a nightmare. When a life of excess leads you on a rollercoaster that is doomed to crash, but you just can’t see it. It’s a good time…”
The headlining “Dear God World Tour” will kick off in North America before heading to Europe. Tickets went on sale March 20, with VIP packages available that include early entry, a signed poster, and a VIP laminate. Each market will also have Ultimate VIP Packages that come with a signed Fender Squier guitar.
