Glad We Met will be released September 5 via RECORDS CO as a nine-track project. Avery calls it her favorite work and a major creative step, as it is the first record she co-produced. This brings new intimacy to her sound. The title track, “I’m Glad We Met,” unifies the narrative and reflects on meeting her significant other. Their journey is central, and the EP will include previously released singles.

“Rain,” “the boys who don’t know what they want,” “think about it,” “Dead to Me,” and other singles appear on this September 5 EP.

“Each song follows the beginning of the love story I’ve been living for over five years now. Some songs are about heartbreak and moving on, and others are about falling in love again.” -Avery

Glad We Met is an important moment in Avery’s artistic and personal life. The EP guides listeners through the universal experience of heartbreak, healing, and the courage to embrace falling in love. It also marks a significant step towards blending her intimate, piano-driven songwriting with the polish of trusted collaborators.

The EP is more than a collection of songs; it narrates a deeply personal five-year love story, culminating thoughtfully with its title track.
