Rising alternative, indie rock five-piece flipturn will continue their “Burnout Days” tour across North America this coming summer and Europe into the fall, in celebration of their album of the same title released in January via Dualtone Records. The band has received widespread acclaim for their undeniably energetic live performance that has sold-out numerous dates across the states and overseas; November’s European dates will be their largest yet, following a completely sold-out run across the continent in 2024. The recently completed first leg of the tour, marking their first venture into headlining bigger venues – including their biggest yet, a sold-out audience at D.C.’s 5,000-capacity Anthem.
Hailing from Fernandina Beach, Florida, flipturn consists of singer Dillon Basse, guitarist Tristan Duncan, bassist Madeline Jarman, multi-instrumentalist Mitch Fountain, and drummer Devon VonBalson. Burnout Days is the culmination of a decade as a band traveling the road together, and sees them push their craft to the limit. Packed with lyrics that discus more vulnerable topics and hard truths of life with an optimistic spin, wrapped up in flipturn’s signature upbeat and undeniably catchy indie-pop sound, the record has something for just about everyone, and has been positively received by fans and critics alike.
Newly announced tour dates are already on sale, and if history is any indicator, they will go quickly; don’t miss our and buy your tickets to see America’s next big indie rock sensation while you still can.
