Trixie Mattel: Between DJ booths, festival stages, and YouTube

Trixie Mattel

The iconic Trixie Mattel started 2026 with full force, and the world is finally catching up to a spectacular start to the year!

By now, it’s clear that Trixie has no interest in slowing down. Operating in full force, she’s bouncing between DJ booths, festival stages, YouTube, podcasts, and pop collaborations that have the internet in a chokehold.

In her newest videos, she gives exclusive insights into how to get onto “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” shares her New Year’s Resolutions at the Trixie Motel, and sets herself the challenge to do a full drag makeup routine in under 30 minutes. If you would like to see how an icon makes a drag look in under 30 minutes of work, you can check out her YouTube channel here.

However, these videos aren’t simply for entertainment. They act as an ongoing archive of drag history, knowledge, and culture, presented through Trixie’s unserious lens, and are the reason why her channel remains one of the most-watched drag platforms on YouTube years after airing on “Drag Race.”

Her digital presence on YouTube and in the podcasting world feeds directly into the The Bald and The Beautifultour, which is happening across the U.S. again. Together with her longtime collaborator Katya, Trixie’s tour is hitting cities all over the United States.
