Story of the Year and Silverstein team up for Camp Screamo Tour

Story of the Year and Silverstein are teaming up this summer for the “Camp Screamo Tour,” a co-headlining run that leans fully into the energy and legacy of the scene both bands helped shape.

The “Camp Screamo Tour” kicks off July 12 in Asbury Park and runs through early August, hitting cities across the U.S., including a stop in Denver at Mission Ballroom on July 22.

For two bands that have existed in the same orbit for years, this marks their first full U.S. tour together. It’s the kind of pairing that feels overdue, especially for fans who grew up in the same era of post-hardcore and emo that both helped define.

Story of the Year will be pulling from across their catalog, including material from their latest release, A.R.S.O.N., alongside tracks that have remained staples since Page Avenue. Silverstein is expected to match that approach, building sets that move between older material and newer releases without losing momentum.

The tone around the tour is pretty clear. This isn’t meant to be a quiet run of shows. Both bands have leaned into the idea of something loud, chaotic, and rooted in the kind of live energy that made their music stick in the first place.

In addition to the co-headlining dates, Story of the Year will also appear at major festivals throughout the summer, including Welcome to Rockville, Sonic Temple, and Download Festival, keeping the momentum moving well beyond the tour itself.

Tickets for the “Camp Screamo Tour” are on sale now, with presales leading into the general release earlier this month.

For fans of the era, this run feels less like a throwback and more like a continuation – same intensity, just with more years behind it.
