Leading up to their debut performance at Coachella this weekend, Los Angeles-based dream duo The Two Lips release much awaited new single “kiss goodbye.” Speaking about the new single, the duo shared, “’kiss goodbye’ tells the story of loving someone who feels both irresistible and impossible, that even ‘in paradise’ the same cycles repeat themselves. The song expresses the wondering of what it would be like if we had never met, and if one last kiss is closure or just another reason to stay”

 “kiss goodbye” arrives on the heels of their standalone single “brb” which was shared last month along with their debut EP “girl, cmon!” via Island Records.

The seven-track project explores the tender punk side of The Two Lips, where complexities around romantic and platonic love are explored. “brb” also leads with their viral fan favourite “still love you (todavía).” This breakout song has skyrocketed, amassing more than 40 million streams and reaching the Top Ten songs on the Spotify Viral Chart!

This evening, The Two Lips will be making their Coachella debut at 6 p.m. on the Sonora Stage ahead of their Los Angeles performance for their Coachella sideshow on April 15 at The Roxy. The duo recently finished their headline “Kiss & Tell Tour” across North America, which saw sold-out performances in San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver, Portland, and more.
