On April 29, 2026- Jutes released yet another metaphorical single “Icarus” that represents risks and consequences that will occur when choices are made in an irrational moment. The metaphorical meaning is living for the thrill for that moment and not realizing the danger that comes with it. “Icarus” has an official music video that shows Jutes getting chased by a car which represents the core meaning of the single.

I’m just starving for a little taste” means the narrator will do anything to get that sensation feeling of lust, validation, or even excitement. The moody atmospheric tone of the single enhances the vocals which as the song progresses; the listener can sense an emotional wreckage between wanting that thrill, but at the same time knowing it will end in disaster. The urgency of wanting something and knowing how unstable the situation can be.

This song is about someone standing on a rooftop thinking about jumping so they can finally be somebody. Trading their life for a moment in the sky with all eyes on them. But as many jumpers do, regretting it once you take the leap and knowing it’s too late to go back.” – Jutes
