Death metal/hardcore band Frozen Soul released their third album, No Place of Warmth. It is more than bone-chilling cold; it is turning up the heat in the death metal scene with fire-breathing riffs to heavy pounding beats. They bring the band to a whole new level, where fans are going to be scrambling to grab a copy of it.
As well as an album, they have released a new video for the song, “Chaos Will Reign.” It is direct and to the point, according to frontman Chad Green, “about that moment when you’ve had enough, and you’re not taking any more sh*t from anyone.” He then added, “The video morphed into a prequel to the ‘Morbid Effigy‘ music video by accident. Conceptually Brendan (Director), Zach (Actor), and I wanted to keep up the same theme of plot-twisting the end of our videos like we did ‘Morbid‘ – an ode to old school horror and Sci Fi thrillers that I’ve always loved!” As the video moves on, it tells a story. Frozen Soul, a Dallas-based death metal band, started in 2018. They have stormed the metal scene not just in Texas but nationwide. They are influenced by bands like Obituary, Cannibal Corpse, and Mortician. With vocalist Chad Green, Michael Munday, Chris Bonner, guitarist, Samanatha Mobley, bassist, and Matt Dennard, drummer, they have produced and released two albums since 2021 and now the third album, No Place of Warmth, is to be released May 8, 2026.
