South Korean indie rock band wave to earth has captured the globe with their hypnotic, relaxing songs. The trio, made up of vocalist and guitarist Daniel Kim, bassist John Cha, and drummer Dong Q, is a ray of hope and calm in the chaos of the world, a moment to slow down and return to earth amongst life’s relentless pace. They’re playing to fans around the world this fall on “the pieces tour,” making stops in 21 North American cities, including legendary venues such as Radio City Music Hall in New York City and the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles. They’re then heading to Asia in November, playing shows in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Seoul, and more.
wave to earth is also set to release a new album this summer ahead of the tour. The first single, “heaven and hell,” is out now, giving fans a taste of what to expect at this year’s shows. Find tickets to “the pieces tour” here— don’t miss out on this breakout band.
