Malcolm Todd released his new album Do That Again via Columbia Records on June 5. The album received early critical praise from Rolling Stone, which awarded it four stars and called Malcolm “a rising star with a sweet, lilting voice and a knack for intimate popcraft.”

Throughout Do That Again, Malcolm steps fully into his own as a pop artist, connecting classic songwriting through a modern R&B lens with humor, instinct, and attention to detail.
The night before release, Malcolm made his debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, performing “I Saw Your Face” live for the first time alongside his RIAA Platinum-certified single “Earrings.” The track reached No. 26 on the Billboard Hot 100 and is currently sitting at No. 4 on Spotify’s Weekly U.S. Songs chart.
Just three years ago, Malcolm Todd had never played a show. Today, he has sold 100,000 tickets across three continents in a single tour, building a devoted fanbase through sold-out performances and word-of-mouth momentum. He just recently sold out a special show at The Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles in seconds.
That connection with growing alongside the fans sits at the heart of Do That Again, an album about being young, newly untethered, a little reckless, and suddenly realizing that the private moments you write about might belong to thousands of people by the next tour date.
Malcolm first introduced himself with his 2024 mixtape, “Sweet Boy.” Two years later, the RIAA Platinum-certified tracks “Earrings,” “Sweet Boy,” and “Roommates” have all gone back to Spotify’s Top 100 through continued fandom. He followed this success with his self-titled debut album, Malcolm Todd, which has accumulated more than 859 million global streams, led by the Platinum-certified “Chest Pain (I Love),” his first Billboard Hot 100 entry and a track that has surpassed 433 million streams worldwide.
In 2025, Malcolm completed his sold-out “Wholesome Rockstar Tour,” performing across three continents and further establishing the live presence that has become central to his rise. Festival appearances at Camp Flog Gnaw, Pitchfork Paris, Lollapalooza, and Austin City Limits brought his energy to much larger audiences as well.
Malcolm will perform at Outside Lands and Osheaga later this year, with additional tour dates to be announced soon.
Do That Again is available now, including signed vinyl in red and white colorways, as well as an exclusive burgundy vinyl edition via Urban Outfitters.
