This first-ever album by the 20-year-old singer-songwriter will feature 13 tracks, all dealing with the theme of self-acceptance and all the ups and downs that come with it. It follows a run of singles leading up to the album.

Idarose led the album as executive producer, with recording sessions taking place in New York and Los Angeles during 2026.

Bella Kay has continued to gain attention through her honest songwriting and alternative pop sound. Her song “The Sick” became a breakthrough, surpassing 210 million streams and gaining billions of views on TikTok. Bella later released her February 2026 project, “a couple minutes out,” which included the hit song “iloveitiloveitiloveit.” The song’s success continued as it earned an American Music Awards nomination for Song of the Summer and made its way onto the Billboard Hot 100.

After completing sold-out tours across North America, Europe, and the U.K., Bella is set to take the stage for some of her biggest performances, joining Noah Kahan’s U.K. and Ireland arena tour. She also performed at festivals this year, including The Great Escape and All Things Go, and will perform at Lollapalooza this summer.
