Legendary Italian composer Fabio Frizzi is bringing his acclaimed Frizzi 2 Fulci – The Concert back to North America this fall. Joined by the F2F Band, Frizzi will perform the unforgettable scores that helped shape the legacy of cult horror director Lucio Fulci, with the tour kicking off September 23 in Brooklyn, New York before making stops across the U.S. and Canada. Select dates will also feature support from Ethan Lee McCarthy.
Over a career spanning more than five decades, Frizzi has composed music for over 100 films and television productions, but he remains best known for his haunting collaborations with Fulci. His iconic scores for horror classics including The Beyond, The City of the Living Dead, Zombie 2, Manhattan Baby, and A Cat in the Brain have become as influential as the films themselves, earning a devoted following among horror fans around the world.
Frizzi’s music has continued to resonate far beyond Italian cinema. His work found a new audience when Quentin Tarantino featured the theme from Seven Notes in Black in Kill Bill: Vol. 1, cementing his status as one of horror’s most celebrated composers and introducing his unmistakable sound to a new generation of film lovers.
