
American Express presents BST Hyde Park 2026 for another unforgettable evening on Saturday, 11 July, as Lewis Capaldi took to the iconic Great Oak Stage for what has been described as Capaldi’s biggest headline performance to date.
Performing in front of more than 65,000 music lovers, the Scottish singer-songwriter delivered an emotional set packed with chart-topping hits, heartfelt moments and plenty of his undeniable humour.
Those in attendance were treated to a setlist featuring many of his biggest songs, including “Someone You Loved,” “Before You Go,” “Hold Me While You Wait,” “Bruises,” “Wish You The Best,” “Forget Me,” “Pointless,” and “Survive,” which were well received by the festival-goers.
One of the night’s biggest highlights came when fellow British star Sam Fender made a surprise appearance on stage to perform one of his newer releases, “Rein Me In,” creating one of the festival’s standout moments.

The day also featured an impressive supporting line-up across the festival site, with performances from Conan Gray, The Vaccines, Jacob Alon, Absolutely, Nieve Ella, Tyler Ballgame, neckbreakers, Benjamin Steer, and Kerr Mercer, to name a few.

Since launching in 2013, American Express presents BST Hyde Park has become one of the United Kingdom’s most prestigious outdoor music festivals, attracting some of the world’s biggest artists to England each year.
