Beabadoobee has released “Memories,” the newest track from her eagerly awaited album Pylon, set to arrive September 18, 2026 via Dirty Hit/Interscope Records.

While Bea calls “Memories” one of the album’s happiest tracks, its message is more complicated: the song sees her caught up in a cycle of romanticising past moments, admitting she’s “clinging onto ideas that should make me happy but actually make me feel sad, because I wish they were just moments I lived in forever.”

The track reflects the unfiltered, sometimes brutally honest songwriting on Pylon — a record that pushes further into rock territory than anything she’s released before, moving between isolation, anger, despair, euphoria and all-consuming love. Bea, who’s been baring her inner life in song since her teens, says that the album took shape while writing solo in hotel rooms, a process that took her back to how she wrote songs at 17, “alone in my bedroom, feeling sad as fuck.”

Beabadoobee debuted “Memories” live during a short run of U.S. shows, which featured buzzworthy sets at Lollapalooza and Hinterland, as well as a headlining show at the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
