Just three months after making her full-length debut with Visitor, London-born singer-songwriter Sienna Spiro has officially achieved RIAA Gold status. The milestone was marked on Wednesday evening during an intimate appearance at the GRAMMY Museum’s Clive Davis Theater in Los Angeles, where Spiro was surprised with a custom plaque before opening up about her songwriting process and delivering a live performance to a full room of 200 guests.

The recognition arrives during a whirlwind stretch for the young musician, who celebrated her 21st birthday just days after taking home the trophy for Best New Artist at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards. Her televised showcase of the hit single “Great Expectation” – performed atop a massive turntable set piece alongside an expanded live band – drew widespread acclaim from top publications, with critics praising her emotional delivery and commanding stage presence.
The televised showcase provided another catalyst for her commercial success, helping “Great Expectation” enjoy a third week at No. 1 on the Official U.K. Singles Chart while steadily rising across international streaming platforms. Meanwhile, Visitor continues to make history after entering the Billboard 200 at No. 9 upon its July release, establishing Spiro as the first U.K. act in eight years to land a debut record inside the American top 10. Her growing discography has already racked up over a billion total streams, boosted by early hits like the Platinum-certified “Die On This Hill” and her contribution to the Devil Wears Prada 2 soundtrack, “Material Lover.”
Spiro’s momentum on the charts is reflected in her live demand. Following standout sets at Lollapalooza, Outside Lands, and the Austin City Limits Music Festival — alongside a newly aired performance for PBS’s Austin City Limits television series — she is set to launch her headlining “My House” World Tour on October 13 in Nashville. International demand for the tour was immediate, with initial dates selling out in minutes and prompt venue additions pushing total worldwide ticket sales past 135,000 across North America, Asia, Australia, and Europe.
With critical acclaim, rapid chart success, and an international tour underway, Spiro is proving that her swift rise to stardom is only the beginning of a long and defining career.
