Motionless In White filled up the Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia on Halloween night! The annual Apocalypse Festival was headlined by Pennsylvania’s very own Motionless In White, accompanied by Dayseeker, The Devil Wears Prada, and Dark Divine. Fans came from all over dressed in costume to celebrate Hallow-eve and listen to an amazing array of music.
Dark Divine woke the house up with their song “Undead Melody” and closed their set with the very fitting “Halloweentown.”
The Devil Wears Prada brought the energy, opening with their song “Ritual” off their album Flowers. Fans were going crazy, and they even caught Santa crowd surfing!
Dayseeker came out and instantly grabbed everyone’s attention with their hit song “Pale Moonlight.” Singer Rory Spencer asked the crowd if they had seen Dayseeker live before and was excited to hear some had not, hoping to make new fans. The band went on to play a set of 10 songs, including their Grammy-considered single “Crawl Back to My Coffin.”
Motionless In White received a warm and enthusiastic welcome home when they entered the stage. The metal-core band from Scranton, Pennsylvania, filled the Xfinity Mobile Arena! Singer Chris “Motionless” Cerulli expressed his sincere gratitude, mentioning he had a speech written out but was at a loss for words. Playing songs from 2005-2026, the band covered it all. Opening with their popular hit “Afraid Of The Dark,” fans went wild. The pit opened almost immediately, and lyrics were being screamed across the arena. Although the anticipated guest appearances of Slipknot’s Corey Taylor or singer-songwriter Skylar Grey were not met, Motionless In White did not disappoint! Between keeping the crowd guessing with what was next and playing a few extra songs on Halloween, MIW made this festival one for the books!
