New Jersey understood the assignment

I don’t think I’ve ever seen security work this hard.

A sold-out New Jersey show with Signs of the Swarm, Paleface Swiss, and Lorna Shore meant one thing: nonstop crowd surfers from the moment the first band hit the stage. Every time I turned around, someone else was heading over the barricade.

Signs of the Swarm had the crowd locked in from the start. The band delivered a set that reminded everyone why they’ve become such a force in deathcore.

Paleface Swiss brought an intensity that was almost impossible to match. Their energy was not only explosive, but you could tell how happy and honored they were to be on a tour like this. The floor never stopped moving. Literally!

Then Lorna Shore took the stage and somehow pushed things even harder. They performed to a sold-out hometown crowd! Hearing them scream every word back while watching wave after wave of surfers make their way to the barricade was something else.

The bands were incredible, but so was the crowd. The energy never dipped, the surfers never stopped, and New Jersey showed exactly why it’s one of the best places to experience heavy music.
